Step-by-Step Guide

1. Power Off Your iPhone

2. Remove the Rear Panel


Locate the two pentalobe screws on either side of the charging port.

Use the Pentalobe screwdriver (size P2) to carefully remove these screws.

Carefully lift off the rear panel by applying even pressure and sliding the opening tool around the edges.


3. Disconnect the Battery




Using the Phillips screwdriver (size #000), remove the screws that secure the metal bracket covering the battery connector.

Carefully lift the bracket and set it aside.

Use the spudger tool to gently disconnect the battery connector by prying it up from the logic board. Ensure you do this gently to avoid damaging the connector.


4. Remove the Old Battery


Locate the adhesive strips that secure the battery to the device. These strips are usually positioned on the left and right sides of the battery.

Slowly and evenly pull the adhesive strips out from underneath the battery. Use a gentle, steady force to avoid damaging the battery.

Once the adhesive strips are removed, gently lift the battery from the device.


5. Install the New Battery
